Sunday: Freezer Bean and Cheese Burritos (I made a batch of 10- ate one and froze 9! This will gve me the next 2 week's worth of lunches for a total of $8.)
Monday: Special New Year's date night
Tuesday: Pioneer Woman Roasted Whole Chicken, Beer Bread, Sweet Potato Cottage Fries
Tuesday Overnight: throwing chicken carcass in the slow cooker to make Slow Cooker Chicken Stock
Wednesday: Chicken and Wild Rice Soup in the Slow Cooker
Thursday: Mettwurst, Roasted Broccoli, Kiwi
Friday: Whole Wheat Spaghetti and Spinach Turkey Meatballs, Mini Cherry Pies
Saturday: In-laws in town. Out to dinner!
Sunday: hunt and peck
Breakfasts: Waffles for the kids (Bob's Red Mill 7-Grain is dairy free) and Spinach and fruit smoothies for me
Lunches (I work from home): Freezer Bean and Cheese Burrito, Salad
